Ever since I read the first book in this series I’ve been obsessed with the characters (cough cough, I’m talking about you Alex). This author has a way of writing these books that make them addicting and sexy and just incredible.

This is book 3 in the series and it is about Jules and Josh. Jules is the best friend of the previous two female MC in this book. She is trying to become a lawyer and has a more complicated past than I would’ve imagined. In the previous books she is seen as this party girl who doesn’t have a care in the world. And some of that is her. And some of it is because she doesn’t want to feel alone. Jules is sarcastic, funny, and has a heart of gold. I loved her character, but reading about her just made that love grow.

Josh is a doctor and the brother to Ava (the MC from the first book). He has always been the funny and charming type, but after finding out his best friend has betrayed him, he has become tougher. Ever since the very first book he has hated Jules. They both fight and tease each other.

And then lines start to blur…

I really enjoyed getting to see the characters grow and also revisit past characters (have I mentioned Alex? Insert drooling face emoji). This book had everything. Romance, steam (fans self), angst. It was incredible.
