[Elizabeth’s Review]: Mr. Wrong Number by Lynn Painter

This book was so much fun to read, and I found myself unable to put it down. When reading the synopsis, I could tell that this book would be fun, witty and full of romance. Olivia—our main character—caught me by surprise. There have been several times when I have read a book with a quirky […]

[Emily’s Review]: Weather Girl by Rachel Lynn Solomon

Ari Abrams has always been fascinated by the weather, and she loves almost everything about her job as a TV meteorologist. Her boss, legendary Seattle weatherwoman Torrance Hale, is too distracted by her tempestuous relationship with her ex-husband, the station’s news director, to give Ari the mentorship she wants. Ari, who runs on sunshine and optimism, is at her wits’ end. The only person who seems to understand how she feels is sweet but reserved sports reporter Russell Barringer.

In the aftermath of a disastrous holiday party, Ari and Russell decide to team up to solve their bosses’ relationship issues. Between secret gifts and double dates, they start nudging their bosses back together. But their well-meaning meddling backfires when the real chemistry builds between Ari and Russell.

Working closely with Russell means allowing him to get to know parts of herself that Ari keeps hidden from everyone. Will he be able to embrace her dark clouds as well as her clear skies?

[Asis’ Review] Not the Girl You Marry by Andie J. Christopher

I really really liked Andie’s writing. I am 100% looking forward to reading more from her in the future. As soon as I discovered this was a modern version of How to Lose a Guy in 10 days, I KNEW this book was for me. I loved the reimagined idea of Andie’s, I loved the […]

[Brittany’s Review]: The Love Hypothesis by Ali Hazelwood

Let me start off by saying I am a HUGE fan of the “fake dating”, “fake relationship”, really fake anything trope. It is one of my guilty pleasures. This book did such a great job at creating a fake relationship! In this book you meet Ph.D. candidate, Olive Smith. A twenty something year old woman […]

[Brittany’s Review]: The Road Trip by Beth O’Leary

Once I read the blurb for this book I was very intrigued. A road trip with exes? YES PLEASE. However, this book is deeper than you realize. The book focuses around two characters—Dylan and Addie—and a trio they are making to go to a close friends wedding. After breaking up nearly two years ago, Dylan […]

[Skye’s Review]: People We Meet On Vacation by Emily Henry

Emily Henry is an auto-buy author for me. I fell in love with her writing when I read Beach Read last year. I’m sure you can imagine how excited I was when I was sent an arc of People We Meet On Vacation to read and review.  People We Meet On Vacation has one of […]
